My complaint:
I had received a Joker card from my team challenge. I got 4th place. I had 24 hours to use it. My time would be up at about 12:30 pm eastern time. I had a raffle for my teammates to use the card because I could not use it for myself. All of my cards are locked, so I figured I would use it on my team instead. I went to get on the game Coin Master about noon to find out there are technical issues going on. Now my time has lapsed and I am afraid I might lose my (team mates) joker card.
Suggested solution:
All I really want is my joker card to use when the issues have been resolved.
