My complaint:
I have had to spend 5000 spins and 21 BILLION coins to try and get the last card on viking quest and the game decided to not give me the card I needed. The game is not random, it intentionally makes it harder when you need one card in order to make you spend money on it. I see this as robbery and manipulation and will be complaining also to whatever watchdog I need to.
