My complaint:
I did a withdrawal of 20 000coins which was converted to 500$ and submitted my numbers which is 0799391426 and my account is 1655162738 and I was told my money will be transferred within 72hours but till today I haven’t received anything please fix this

Please do a double check from the number 0799391426 to see that I did withdraw 4days ago and please do a transfer to my account of 500$ my account is 1655162738 please I trust you to help me please.
