Coin Master complaint: I fell asleep and accidentally hit a purchase I do not want I don’t even know how it went thru there is only 7 dollars on the card and I think I hit something for 99.00 why would you let that purchase go thru

My complaint:

I accidentally pushed a purchase for $99 I think when I fell asleep I do not want that purchase I don’t even know why you approved it when there’s only $7 on the card I like taking off I do not want to purchase it it’s not even my card its my boyfriends

Suggested solution:

I want absolutely nothing taken off in this card it was an accident I do not want to purchase it I don't even know how they're taking it off the card $99 is what I thought I pushed and there's only $7 on the card I do not want them to touch my money
