Coin Master complaint: I couldn’t attack on some one farm and she is not in my FB. It’s shown error

Some one try to many attack and raid on my farm. But i can not attack on her farm. May be she is also not in my FB list.
Can you help and solve issue.

I really irritate this situation. How can I play in this situation.
