Coin Master complaint: I bought a spin from coin master but there was no sign of giving spins.

My complaint:

Hello…coin master, it’s been 3rd time I’m buying spins and not getting spins ….deducting my money. This is not the first time I’m complaining …please look after the matter.

Suggested solution:

Refund the money or give the spins.
