My complaint:
There has been one to many times that I have had to complain to customer support about spending money on the game and not receiving rewards for events that I’m owed . I was about to hit a bar for 9000 spins 1800 spins and a box I was a little over 5800 out of 6200 needed I hit a 30 times which resulted in me getting 180 toward the bar instead of increasing it decreased . I had to spend money on the game just to get me where I needed to be which I would have been able to make but since it’s increased by almost 1000 I was unable to get the rewards I’m owed I reached out to customer complaint and they are unable to verify it’s becoming extremely upsetting spending money on the game for absolutely nothing this is not the first time this is happened to me it’s extremely upsetting and frustrating so can you please reach out and figure out what’s going on because it’s getting ridiculous
Suggested solution:
They should be able to see every spin and increase toward my reward but they are claiming they are unable to verify I sent them a picture I showed them everything I needed to show them and all they have to say to me is sorry they are unable to verify they need to fix their mistakes
