My complaint:

Dear coin master team, i have complaint about your connection about a 2-3 weeks ago u responded but didnot accept your connection problem and suggest me to check my connection…then later i accepted thinked probably it was my problem. Today at nepal night time at 8:00 pm to till now my game didn’t open yet and it says please check your internet connection and try again. My internet connection is very strong and repeadly it says that when i open the apps.. even other games such as pubg,freefire,fifa which needs a strong network to run is easily open and no problem during gaming… This time don’t blame my poor internet connection.. even i opened the coin master from my mobile data(4G), and the same sentence happened.. i was playing the game just once before 8:00 pm at my bonus time and it repeatedly says ‘check your connection ‘ then i closed the game and after that i run my games but didn’t open …i repeatedly try and try but nothing happened… even i uninstalled my games and installed again and run but nothing has changed…. so,i am just faded out of this game and having a poor image of this game.. i have a bad rating for this game… tell my friends not to play this game if u don’t fux this issues finally…. previous time i didn’t get any rewards cause of your connection problem and this time too. I hope this time you will learn about my report and give me my rewards.. otherwise i don’t wants to be the parts of this game and tell in my sorrounding that not to play this game any more… i am really frustrated about this game… and i can’t express my frustration and anger in my words than in my face.
