My complaint:
In the middle of playing Coin Master, the app froze and could not even access the File coin master complaint button. I went out of the app for.a few hours and returned to it and it still was still frozen yet other players could have access to my and coins. My other apps on my phone work normally.I cannot hit the spin button nor have access to the levels of playing the game. This is not the first time this has happened. It usually resolves itself within.a few hours but today it seems to last longer than normal. Any help would be appreciated to know what to do when this happens again.

Find out why it keeps freezing up and what can I do when it happens.
