My complaint:
On 12th march I had over 3 minutes to win 1,800 spins with 5 spins per bet. I was fuming to win this and not have it credited to my accounts. This is the 2nd time this has happened and you re credited the amount.
I hope you resolve this in the next few days, as I do spend quite a lot of money on this game, and feel this is fraud.
Suggested solution:
Credit the 1,200 spins that I am owed to my account
