Coin Master complaint: Facebook login

This happened firt time I am unable to open the app its showing connection lost again and again
I have uninstalled the app twice and reinstalled that means my internet is fine and perfect also i enteted user id and passwork to login .I looged in but when its abt to start connection lost why is it so.
I was playing viking and about to complete the final stage with 5000 spins and golden card that was missed because of this system issue. Tried with other wifi network also its same.
Plz c this is a very sirious issue because we put time energy and money for entertainment and when its coming to winning option ur system create such crap.

I have formated my phone also
Tried removing the app from facebook setting that also didn’t worked. Sent several mails via [email protected] no reply yet.
