My complaint:
I have been playing this game for about few months and I just started noticing on my statements that I’m being charged double. At first I thought it was a mistake and I will see a refund but it keeps happening. I enjoy playing the game but it is NOT nice that the game is glitched to double charge you.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund. I can send you a copy of my statements with the double charges.
