My complaint:
I was playing the coin master game and gave out of spins decided to order one of the packages..for $9.99….ordered (2) and was charged with tax $10.64 …when I order it click payment choice I notice I didn’t get the spins coins and whatever else was included in the package , I thought I had did something wrong and clicked it again , still couldn’t believe it I said let me order another package same thing, I went to check my cash app and was charged 6 time for 2 purchases of that package…also my phone company tells me the reason my cell phone bill was extremely high because Google was doing the same thing,….plus my other debit card I made some purchase was over $150 on my Varo Card, my cell phone bill and my cash app card has over $400 worth of Google pay. This needs to be checked into and a refund need to be mad ed back to me or my cards. I never thought Google was taking my money until Verizon told me, whatever I need to submit I will.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back, and I want them to check that so others want be taken.....Google this is wrong how your company is doing we faithfully enjoy play Coin Master game and then you over charge (double chargers) and some ppl don't know if my phone wasn't about to get turned off and Verizon bringing this to my attention I would have never known.....tellme how I can send proof from Cash App..Verizon and my Varo Card....
