Coin Master complaint: Didn’t receive 3000 star chest

My complaint:

Used 3000 stars to get a chest and before I received a reward the game paused and reset itself.so no reward to shoe for the used stars.

Suggested solution:

Send the value of a chest or replace the 300 stars.
