My complaint:
so on Tuesday was my 30 day daily bonus I normally log in at 1am to receive but I fell asleep and when I work up the next day I was was on day 1. I filled a complaint with them and av got nothing back at all. Emails just say we are busy. But people post screen shots of what coin master has resolved in days of each av just been pushed to the side
Suggested solution:
I think they should at least give me some free spins and or joker card so I can't continue to play
