Coin Master complaint: Did not receive spins

On 12122019 I completed 3600 lighting bolts to receive 4500 spins plus bonus coins but did not receive anything. I spent over 5000 spins to reach that. I filed a complaint. But have not received an answer as to why I was. Not given my deserved reward.
