Coin Master complaint: Did not receive spin rewards

My complaint:

I won the joker tournament and got a joker card which I unlocked a card from the Egypt section and won 5,000 spins. But i didn’t receive it. I also was suppose to get 1.2k spins for winning the tournament which I didn’t get but you guys did reimburse me for those just not the spins for the set I completed
