My complaint:
Good day, I just completed the last tournament which the top prize was a joker card. The goal was to make 20,000 in the tournament. I made 20,025 and came in second place. However I reached the desired goal but the joker card reward was not given. I do not understand why.
Suggested solution:
Because I made the target of 20,000 I should have been given my joker card
