Coin Master complaint: Did not receive my spins and rewards

I played the event on the 28 th of November at about 7.30 I bought some spins to complete the turkey dash and completed the task but on clicking to collect my spins and rewards they just disappeared… This is just not fair I spend real money on this game and it has happened to me before I have submitted previous complaints with no answer I will contact Facebook complaints if not resolved by t you as I feel I have had money Stolen off me from your company I will submit this form to my Facebook players it is happening to many yours sincerely annoyed j marshall
