My complaint:
I am so disappointed and upset. I have been playing this game for awhile and have spent a lot of money throughout that time. It has always been a fun way to relax, but after playing this current raid event I realized that they are now being deceptive by rigging the game so that when you bet higher they will not give you the due raids and coins and will often freeze the game and cause lost spins and coins. I was close to the 10,000 spins and played with over 4000 spins at minimum bet and gradually increased it to ×80 and ×100, there should of been a few raids or even attacks during this time, but nothing happened. I even purchased two special package with spins, because the raids should of been there. Not only did they steal my due award, they pretty much stole my money. I have tried to contact their customer support in the past about other issues such as never receiving spins after inviting a friend to join, but they circled around the issue and never resolved it. I saw a lot of other people had similar complaints, so I hope Coinmaster takes notice and tries to resolve the issues this time.
Suggested solution:
I would like my due award of the 10K spins or I want all my money back.
