My complaint:

I was playing Thunderball tournament and come first but I didn’t get my gold scarab card which was top prize in tournament as the game crashed when I reloaded game it still didn’t come up

Suggested solution:

I would like my card please I have been trying to get it 4 months now and as I came first on tournament I don't understand why it was not given to me
