My complaint:

For some reason I haven’t been getting my coin master gift in my email. ( the same email you’ve been using to send my previous gifts and response to technical issues) I havent received emails with my coin master gifts from 11120 and 1182020. This is my third time sending this. PLEASE make it right! I have closed everything down and off and still nothing. I’ve followed all your suggestions you sent to me. I also did not receive restitution for another complaint I sent explaining that I paid $125,000,000 coins for a chest to unlock it instead of waiting several hours for it to open to get my cards but never received my cards or rewards.

Please make sure my email address is entered into your system again, this is the only email I\'ve ever used as mentioned above. Please make restitutions for the days and chests I did not receive the gifts owed to me.
