My complaint:

I emailed Moo active and they said they would investigate it’s been 3 weeks and nothing has been resolved I’m so upset I paid to get spins to win the championship I won twice and both times didn’t load I’m owed 1200 spins from the first time and 600 spins the second time

Suggested solution:

Provide me spins and extra for the wait and inconvenience
