My complaint:
Hi I’m playing coin master for a few months and I’m spending a lot of real money on the game, every time my money disappear or an error happened even if my phone, game update,memory and internet connection is working perfect I fill up a report on coin master support and every time I get the same response that is something wrong with my phone they never admit they have errors and do something to make customers happy. Like today I started playing I lost around 3 k spinns and after I realised that the game event wasn’t working, I’ve text the game but like usual they will never do anything about it
Suggested solution:
They should admit they have errors and sometimes glitching and trust the customers when they report something. Stop blaming us and our phones and man up and compensate what we lost, that is the right thing to do
