My complaint:
Ongoing complaints since October.. I won 10000 spins in an event but didn’t receive…I won the joker tournament but didn’t receive rewards my game just crashed and more recently I completed Canada set but never got anything…I’ve emailed coin master team relentlessly but get no help just the automatic response then once I got a .. it’s handed over to our technical team! Not once have they resolved or got back to me about any of this
