My complaint:
Hello, MoonActive,
I recently span on your game coin master. Upon spinning I landed on a attack event (three hammers). I did not get my attack which then ate my spin, didn’t give me the event, or the points towards the event.
As I span an event for bonus loot on completing an event goal popped up. I believe this is what caused the bug. How ever, I should be 120 spins and 15m gold up after that spin. Instead I got nothing.
Normally on these games I would chalk it up to poor luck, however I have invested money in your game and would like the rewards I SHOULD have revived.

I originally tried emailing you at “info@moonactive.com” as that was the email I was provided by you, and this didn’t work. I shouldn’t have to traipse the Internet to find the correct avenue to report a bug.
