My complaint:
They have not honored any of my rewards when I send invites to Facebook friends that legitimately join. I got a lame response last time I contacted coin master support and was told the following which I pasted from the email I received:

We have made sure to check the internal system for your friend invites, unfortunately the system marked the invited friend as ineligible. It’s important for your friend to finish all the steps required without closing or minimizing the app.
Since the tutorial it is not completed, no reward could be granted in this matter.
