Coin Master complaint: Card collection completed not earned spins

My complaint:

I played yesterday for 3000spins in tournament i asked for 1 last card in trade groups, one guy gives it to me but when i collect all set just recieve nothing, I lost 2000points in rewards of it and 3000 in playing for tournament… Support just They sent them an email in response, they told me to restart my device to update the game I’m waiting for a decision that won’t rob me…

Suggested solution:

I think i desires my lost spins from play and from cards set collection to be send me back!
