Coin Master complaint: blocking the coin master during the attack

My complaint:

For 3 consecutive days my game was blocked due to attacks. I filed a complaint but no solution. I also sent a screenshot. I lost the score from attacks for 3 days because of you. I bought game packs and lost time and money because of you. This is not possible. You are thieves.
