My complaint:
As I had just purchased the 7.777 billion coin hippo to complete my village 188, Madagascar. In the process of the victory screen there was a technical glitch. It appears that as Benoit, a player on the same team was attacking my village, I lost not only my Victory bonuses, but also lost my 7.777 billion coin hippo.
Suggested solution:
Issue my 7.777 billion coins which were lost in the glitch MALFUNCTION.
Restore my Victory bonuses for completion of Village 188, Madagascar.
Compensation for frustration, delay in continuing play of Coinmaster.
Please understand that given that I have Parkinson\'s disease it has taken me five attempts to submit near finalized complaints. As I am doing this on my cell phone, my complaints have vanished.
Hoping this one is successful.
Please note that I made three purchases in my early morning play. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed that this glitch occurred. I had gone back to play 30 minutes ago and the bonuses associated with the completion appeared and I thought a correction was happening, but no such luck.
