My complaint:
I made many purchases and while playing event my spins vanished, between 10-12k. First I’m told their system didn’t show my purchases. After providing proof im told the opposite and denied the refunds and now my emails are not being answered and I feel they’ve blocked me after stealing my money. Way over $100.
Suggested solution:
Apply requester refunds based off initially being told my purchases weren't in their system. Also never insinuate I am lying about my spins just vanishing, like the game glitched.
