Coin Master complaint: Balloon freeze event is not ending from last 3 months

When I open my coin master one by one all the running events open and at last balloon freeze event is also appearing from last 3 months.
When I click on the x button it shows Pls check your internet connection and I am not able to play from last few months.
Pls help and resolve this issue.
