My complaint:
I’m at village 163 and my card sets including golds are complete up to Artists except I never got 2 golds on Robinhood. I got a joker card and used it on one of the Robinhood golds. Aztec Quest came up and the final gold was the other Robinhood card. I had around 20,000 spins and managed to build up 68billion in coins and knew with my experience with the quests, as costly and time consuming, that I had about 35billion more than I ever before had so it would with no doubt, be reachable. I cant recall how many stages you go through, maybe 13; so by the time I reached the first gold, I still had most of my coins. Then getting through the 2nd half, the coins started dwindling but when I reached the last stage to get my final gold, I was down to around 30billion. Well before I could even get 25% through it, I was out of coins and spins. So I purchased coins. The closer I got to the end the less % I was getting and was being made to pay 500million per spin. By the time I reached the end, I was FURIOUS and probably could bit a bullet in half. It took me just on that last leg, over 200billion coins and 7 real money deal buys totaling $80.00 and being that was the 3rd time I tried winning that gold, I was determined, too close, too many hours invested and kept thinking, just any moment. Totally ridiculous scam to pull on someone. I will NEVER play that quest EVER again.
Suggested solution:
Several thoughts: reimburse half my money spent as I am on very limited income and going without now because of a deceiving unreachable quest otherwise, or load me with spins, make the quest easier to complete and not making spins more costly taking advantage every time another purchase was made.
