My complaint:
I have joined and spent money to gain spins to build my village, and since being given a 5k spins reward I can no longer ger into the app. It keeps saying connection lost but my connection is fine. I have emailed but no reply, I have checked on their Facebook page and there is lots of people complaining about the same thing. I have seen that making a complaint through yourselves has helped other be able to reconnect.
Suggested solution:
Let me into my app as my connection is fine and they must have some dirt if block on it since giving me the 5k spins reward as they've done with other people.
