My complaint:
Dear Sir Madam,
I am logging a formal complain about services and the product.
The hot tub electrocutes the water and clever spa company is not taking my concerns seriously.
They arrange repair services for hot tub, however I received hot tub back yesterday 15 July 2021 and it still electrocutes the water. I haven’t been able to use hot tub this summer at all.
Suggested solution:
I am requesting new hot tub to be delivered to my house and collect the faulty hot tube.
