My complaint:
Derek Patterson, M.Eds. Educator: Principal Max S. Hayes High School 2211 W 65th St, Cleveland, OH 44102 (216)838-9400 the principal at Max Hayes is a loser and a joke that school has an Automotive Collision program that I heard is great my car was damage on the driver side June 14, 2022, I contactemail this guy in late June, he told me the school is out contact me when the school reopen in August I was cool with that then August came around I send him a email saying I need an appointment he ask me what is the damage and upload pictures I oblige he was quick with sending emails quick respond like a day apart but once he got my emails plus my video of my damage I have dashcam on my car listening to rap music I guess it turns this nerd off then he went ghost on me I ask this guy when can I come in to see you no response I have send this email to him on August 9 2022 he responded to this email October 5 2022 when call complaint about his unprofessionalism to Cleveland School District he got mad and answer my email today October 5 2022 saying I heard your complaint and gave me a corny reason why it took so long to answer me nothing he was just coming excuses why he did not want to fix on my car like I was a impatient person these are students it takes a month maybe 6 month to finish on 1 car and he told me to take my raggedy car elsewhere for repairs not to his school the joker don’t know my car is fix no thanks to him and for his information I was very patient waiting on him to answer my email August 9 he answers me on Oct 5 just to get an answer on when can I be ready to be seen by his staff he did not want to work on my car when he found out I am black by watching the Dashcam video of the night of the accident that is crazy 80% of this school is black this joker needs to find God and be nicer to people who ask for him and his school for help.
