My complaint:
My parents have been insured by Citizens with Roe Insurance in Dundee Mi since 1988. They canceled the car insurance saying my father was 13 days late. In the past an agent would give a certicy call if there were any issues now my father’s policy is over $5000 for two vehicles and two drivers over the age of 30 for six months… This just doesn’t seem fair and all they can say is he is considered high risk and we need to find another car insurance…. On top of that they would continue adding other people onto his insurance so his bill would keep increasing. They would always say that they are listed as living there and needed to be on the policy.
Suggested solution:
I would like this company invastigated. I would like any money returned that was over charged to him and he paid due to their fraudulent practices....
