My complaint:
Tue. Sept. 5 call card fraud about hack on my labtop. They did save me $250 by recognizing the scam. That was great. So they blocked my debit card for safety reasons, said I’d get new card in 3-5 days. Did not get card till 8 business days later, 10 counting weekend.
However, called them on sat. Sept. 16, told did not get card, been 7 days. So they cancelled the issued card, and issued a new card saying they’d overnight it.
Finally got first card sat night but it was cancelled, so now have to wait again for reissued card.
Told them I’m handicapped and have no car so I totally depend on this card to order food deliveries of which I needed days ago.
Otherwise bank has been very excellent with protecting my interest.
I feel they need a better delivery system. All reissued cards should be overnighted to save the customer the total inconvienance of being without their card. Especially us handicapped customers.
