My complaint:
i requested new card i was automatically deamed fraud i researched id reference letter and uddiscovered that 80 percent required a second referednce letter after speaking to several citibank fraud agents it became aparent that i was being deceive theprocess of acount hold for selfish control of my money is unforgiveable and caused irreversable mental anguish i can prove my claim i will contact the media and receive help from them on my behalfi i am not allowed to correct my problem at tnhe

remove acount hold
