My complaint:
Pulled in to one of the Circle K’s to use the restroom. Mind you I don’t get gas from here. It was the closest gas station to me before work. So I went in greeted the associate and ask her do you have a bathroom and if you can show me where it’s at. She looked at me for 5mins with no answer and continue on her phone. So I proceeded to look for the restroom. After finding it. I told her leaving out you can have better service towards customers. She proceeded to leave out while I’m walking to my car to put gas in she told me she’s going to deny me access to get gas ?! Every time I would use my card she’s denying me access to it. When was it cool to embark unnecessary authority especially if you’re in the wrong ?
Suggested solution:
I don’t know how this can get resolved so that’s why I’m coming here to see my options.
