My complaint:
I have been a ŕegular customer at the circle k on willow creek road in prescott Arizona now for many years. I have been using the sip n save that they offer for the past 4 months with no problem until recently. There is an employee who works there, I don’t know his name but he is asain or something, but twice now he has charged me when I used my sip n save. I tried to explain to him that I have spoken to his co workers and they have all said he shouldn’t have charged me. He was very rude and argued with me so I told him fine I will talk to his manager about it. I paid and as I was walking out the door he proceed to yell profanities at me and it was in front of other customers. Such bad bussiness. I was extremely insulted. He is always rude to me when I go in there and honestly he shouldn’t be working with the public with an attitude like that. Not a good face for the company.
Suggested solution:
That ģuy shouldn't be working there. There needs to be some kind of disciplinary actions taken and I should be reimbursed. He needs to apologize.
