My complaint:
at store number 18696 this girl tripped out on this older guy today around 230 pm or 3 pm i went in the store to get my sip and save drink for the day it took mine just fine and as he went to check out at the new check out self service check out same one i used and he got two drinks he put in one drink and it took it i guess and he then put in another number for that drink i guess it did not take it he asked the girl for help he ask the clerk to help him and she was so i mean so rude she told him as you can see this check out dont take no dam sip and save shit i was shocked she told him that as i just got mine with the same check out and then he ask her why it took his first one and not the other and she repeated her self and told him if he did not like it to leave the store before she had him removed so the guy said a few curse words back and told he to remove him over a drink really is what he said and i can see why this girl was tripping on this guy and then came around the counter and ask him what he was doing he told her he was calling the law and then she slapped the phone from his hands and it almost went to the other side of the check out but landed on the floor and yes it did shatter his glass on his phone and then told him he was a white ass cracker and to never come to this store again told him he was band and do to her actions and disrespect this guy is stuck with a bruised ego and a busted up phone i think she should have to replace his phone i am posting this everywhere i can to show people what thy will get if thy go to that store to watch out dont look like the management is doing anything about it
Suggested solution:
i think thy should fire this girl and make her pay for this guys phone she slapped out of his hands i seen her do it and i know there not cheap and then gt a respectful person in her place some one that wont flash out on you when you ask for help i mean is this all you guys hire you need to rethink your plain right
