My complaint:
Good Day,
We have been shopping at this Circle K location for several years and are confused and unhappy regarding the cigarette sale pricing. Circle K runs intermittent Buy 3 pack specials on certain cigarette brands, however the price is not offered on cartons. Buying multiple cartons in each visiit and not being offered the special pricing, is not appropriate, I believe. I’ve asked if I could buy buy the pack to get the special price, (buying 3 cartons 30 packs) and was told I cannot as the store is limited on how many cartons they can open for by-the-pack sale. I end up paying $8.00 – $9.00 per 10 packs. Why is this and can you please let me know why I cannot buy 30 or 45 packs to get the special pricing?
