My complaint:
On February 13th 2023 I was exiting the circle k and did not realize the Pepsi delivery truck had parked there forklift across the exit away I cannot see the motor of the forklift nor the feet I was looking for traffic so as to cross the parking lot. A trip over there feet of the forklift and took a very hard fall my husband tried to help me but couldn’t reach me in time. My husband went into the store to tell the manager the left needed to be moved before someone else fell over it. She was very rude and hateful and all she had to say was why couldn’t you see that. I explained I wasn’t looking at the ground for a forklift I was looking at the traffic coming through the parking lot so we would not be hit by a car. She just rolled her eyes marked back in as my legs began to swell my husband called the store and asked for an accident report and was told they didn’t do one we stopped by there a couple of days later as my legs continue to swell where we were told again there was no incident report I text online and ask for one and was told I would be mailed one I have yet to receive it. My legs are getting worse.
Suggested solution:
The store manager was very rude and I feel my husband deserves an apology I should have went to the doctor right away but I thought the swelling would go down and they would be okay but they're not they hurt more and more everyday and I need to go and see a doctor and I feel they should pay medical bills and I've lost work since February 13th I have been waiting for an incident report to give the hospital to share his responsible for the fall
