My complaint:
I was.threatend by a costumer off circle k property a message was sent asking why I was threaten by [ message sent to my son] he was told to come to circle k . So he went up there . A costumer there was drinking in the store and the 2 others involved were talking crap along with my son. One person held a beer bottle to my son and the other customer approaches him from be hind and Slams him o. The ground out side the door with injurys
Circle k didnt call the police my son did and circle k has had problems with 1 of the other people getting. In others faces and never did anything . The police came they basically said to the police they are authorized as customs to remove people from the property. The only one band from property was my son. Rightfully so. But the others didnt get band. Which isnt right and the 2 men we black and are allowed to do what they want and the lady involved was drinking in the store is illegal. And my so. Suntsined injurys and was hurt . So need to see if cirlcle k is gonna get there act together or if I need to lawyer up. The other thing is there are other customers who go arond saying there security for this store and they Are Not employed by cricle k. Circle k should have called the police and they should have told the truth about my being taken from behind and thrown out the door by a customer . It okay the camara tell the whole story. I feel as this store is discrimination and unfair . Something needs to be done. I will be contacting whoni need to contact about people drinking in the store
I m hope circle k will make this right and the injurys are a big problem as we have no insurance. So I will see what happends now
Suggested solution:
Compenstsio. For pain and suffering. And for all otheres involved to be band from the store. Allow for circle k to mb pay for him to go to doctor to get checked we cant affoted it as no insurance.. also he has bruises and pickd
As stated this person told the police circlek authorized him to throw people out of the store
