My complaint:
For the past two months Circle K employee Steve did then and there knowingly and willfully with evil intent a culpable State of Mind, bully me by entering in to a verbal confrontation, disrespecting me, a.k.a. talking shit.
Based on information and belief Circle K employee Steve has in the past done the same thing to fellow employees and those fellow employees have filed complaints where Circle K corporate has failed and continue to fail to take the corrective preventive measures as required by policy procedure pattern practice or custom or the law but be reassured the next time he does I will have time date and as to what he might have said.
Suggested solution:
Take the corrective preventive measures as required by policy procedure pattern practice or custom or law
