My complaint:
Today, 22 working days have passed since on my claim submission reference number CS6350152 it said that the Service-Team will contact me after 5 working days! Ever since, I’ve sent many e-mails to you and others at Cigna, but still, the claims haven’t yet been loaded onto my policy on my Customer Area! I have no words for this sloppiness, and therefore return to your first e-mail below, concerning this claim.
Please let me know ASAP when these claims will finally be loaded?
The reason that your payment is 0.00 EUR because International Medical and Outpatient benefit deductible has been applied. If you have not yet paid your healthcare provider for the services you received then you should contact them to settle this amount.
