My complaint:
I went to this Church’s Chicken on 3/6/24 at 2:56pm and put in my order for my Chicken which the cashier named Daniela was very nice and polite but the Manager was very rude and unprofessional for some reason so I asked **** what was the manager’s problem and she said she didn’t know but that she’s always like that and the manager’s name is **** I gave her respect and I expect the same that’s why I’m reporting her instead of me cursing her out but I’m 66yrs old and I don’t have time for this kind of treatment because the old me would of cursed her out but I thought it would be better just to report her I hope you have a talk with her thank you very much for listening
Suggested solution:
Have a meeting with her to discuss how not to be rude and learn to be respectful to the customers and be professional because she\'s not either one of them or get rid of her
