My complaint:
On January the 6 I purchased roughly $80 in coins . I won 9000 my coins started to slowly disappear as I continued to play and as I was winning they weren’t being credited to my account so I opted to cash out the moment my verification went through my account was in violation and closed . If there was a problem with my account they knew this when they allowed me to purchase coins and continued to make my money under false pretenses
Suggested solution:
They should give me winnings
