My complaint:

I got a new phone and i haven’t synced my usernames and passwords to my new device so I used facebook to log in on my new phone. Thinking it would log me into the same account. We’ll come to find out it didn’t. I didn’t have to fill out the entry forms nor did I get a new sign up bonus, so I took it that it was my original account. Well I won 100 on my birthday nonetheless, and when I went to cash out it asked me to verify my identity so I did. Then it asked for my bank info. I thought that it was a little odd since they already had my info but I just thought since it’s been a while then they might just be ing it was really me. Then it would not let me submit it. So I contacted chumba, after we emailed back in forth several times not being able to resolve the issue lucklands support emailed me and figured out that I had 2 accounts and it was because I logged onto chumba with my facebook account instead of my email. I want to add that my facebook account email is the same email that I used for chumba. Some how when I used my facebook to log in chumba received an old email that I deleted over a year ago. I don’t know how they got it nor did I know that by using facebook chumba created me another account. Well chumba agreed to pay me back but they blocked my facebook account and when I try to sign in with my email I get an error code. I emailed support again and I just keep getting a runaround. They ask me to submit my ID then a selfi with my ID then when I do instead of them fixing my account or paying me back my winnings I received an email saying that they haven’t heard from me 24 hrs so they closing the ticket. I have all the emails and proof of the whole situation please help me get my money back from them.

Suggested solution:

By paying me my winnings of 100, plus I want compensation for the runaround if possible.

Yeah I’m going through a time with Chumba as well. They deactivated my account after I lost 17k usd. There’s got to be a way to get justice for this. It’s like investing in the stock market and then the stock market crashes on you and you’re left robbed and no way of ever getting any of your money back. How can they possibly get by with this? I’m not giving up until I get all my funds back. This has affected me mentally as well. So I’m going to seek some professional help about a class action lawsuit against… Read more »
